Space Usage
Members and guests are expected to use the space for legitimate professional or creative work purposes only.
Hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms must be used responsibly and left in the same condition they were found.
BrightTech Orb Hub reserves the right to decline access to anyone who misuses the space or its resources.
Code of Conduct
All users are expected to:
Maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere at all times
Keep noise levels considerate of others, especially in shared open areas
Refrain from engaging in any illegal, disruptive, or offensive activity on the premises
Personal Belongings
BrightTech Hub is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left on the premises. Members are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
Visitors & Guests
Members may bring guests into the space with prior notification to management.
Guests are the full responsibility of the member who invited them and must comply with all house rules.
Amendments
BrightTech Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to members in advance.
